Do you have a showroom or retail outlet?
Becker & Ben has both an Online Store and a by Appointment Retail Showroom. We aim to provide customers with the most convenience method of shopping for everyone.
How much is the cost of delivery?
Becker & Ben are always conscious about the cost of postage for various items. We are constantly trying to find the cheapest way to get items to you.
We provide postage which is calculated online at checkout as well as local delivery and free pick up. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at info@beckerandben.com
How long does delivery take?
Depending on the status of your item the delivery time will vary.
In stock items:
Please allow 7-14 days for delivery depending on your delivery address. For many country locations, WA, NT & Tasmania please allow approx. 2-3 weeks.
Out of Stock Items:
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery depending on your delivery address. For many country Locations, WA, NT & Tasmania please allow approx. 3-4 weeks.
Custom Items:
Please allow 12 weeks for the product to be produced. The products often arrive sooner but as to avoid disappointment we advise 12 weeks.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
If a product is out of stock, Becker & Ben will contact you by email or phone and provide you with an indication as to availability and an anticipated delivery time.
If you have paid for an item/s that have sold out or are unavailable from the supplier we will do our very best to find a great alternative, if you don’t like the alternative you will be offered a full refund.
What happens in the event that the item is damaged?
Please let Becker & Ben know of any fault or damage within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Once we have received your notification, we will contact the supplier directly and have the issues resolved with the smallest amount of inconvenience possible. Failing to report damages within this time frame may void any transit insurance policy. The onus is on the buyer to check goods at time of delivery.
What if I made the wrong choice and would like to return it?
Unfortunately, goods cannot be returned based on a "change of heart". We endeavour to provide you with as much information about the item, including images, so that your decision is an informed one. All purchases from this website and instore are final.
Can I pay for my purchases other than online?
Yes, customers can pay by Electronic Funds transfer (EFT), just contact us on info@beckerandben.com to get bank details.
Becker and Ben are proud to provide a free 8 week Layby service. In order to Layby an Item a non-refundable 30% deposit is required. Please Email the office at info@beckerandben.com if you are interested in Layby.
